2. 数据来源

ListingHelper 处理的数据主要来自运营人员在系统中录入的商品档案、规则档案和定价参数，以及用户主动授权的 TikTok Shop 店铺接口返回的店铺和商品管理数据。

3. 处理的数据类型

系统可能处理授权店铺信息、销售地区、商品基础信息、SKU / 规格信息、库存、价格、商品成本、物流参数、海外仓费用、商品图片素材、商品标题、详情描述、商品状态、上架和编辑结果，以及必要的接口授权信息。

4. 数据使用目的

相关数据仅用于商品档案维护、规则生成、AI 上架草稿生成、商品主图和详情图生成、标题和详情描述生成、定价推算、人工确认、新商品上架、已上架商品再次编辑、运营排查和必要的审计记录。

5. AI 处理边界

ListingHelper 的 AI 功能用于基于商品事实和规则档案生成可复核的图片、标题、详情描述和售价建议。AI 生成结果属于草稿内容，不会自动发布商品，不会自动覆盖已上架商品，最终上架或编辑动作需要运营人员人工确认。

6. 数据共享与披露

广州汉克电子有限公司不会出售、出租或向第三方营销机构共享 TikTok Shop 店铺数据。除完成授权接口调用、符合法律法规要求或取得必要授权外，公司不会向无关第三方披露相关数据。

7. 数据边界

ListingHelper 不以买家画像、广告投放、第三方数据服务或无关数据采集为目的，不主动处理与商品上架和商品管理无关的数据，不为未授权店铺执行商品操作。

8. 数据保护措施

公司通过账号权限控制、凭证管理、操作记录、最小权限原则和内部管理流程保护相关数据，降低未经授权访问、泄露、篡改或滥用风险。

9. 数据保留与删除

数据保留期限以商品管理、运营排查、审计和合规要求所需为限。当相关数据不再需要，或店铺授权终止后，公司会根据业务和合规要求对相关数据进行删除、归档或停止使用。

5. AI Processing Boundary

ListingHelper AI features generate reviewable images, titles, descriptions, and pricing suggestions from product facts and rule files. AI outputs are drafts. They do not automatically publish products or overwrite listed products, and listing or editing actions require operator approval.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

Guangzhou Hank Electronics Co., Ltd. does not sell, rent, or share TikTok Shop store data with third-party marketing organizations. Data is not disclosed to unrelated third parties except as necessary for authorized API calls, legal compliance, or with required authorization.

7. Data Boundary

ListingHelper is not designed for buyer profiling, advertising delivery, third-party data services, or unrelated data collection. It does not intentionally process data unrelated to product listing and product management and does not operate on unauthorized stores.

8. Protection Measures

The company protects relevant data through account access control, credential management, operation records, minimum required permissions, and internal management procedures to reduce unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, or misuse.

9. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as needed for product management, troubleshooting, audit, and compliance. When data is no longer needed or store authorization ends, relevant data will be deleted, archived, or discontinued according to business and compliance requirements.
