2. 使用范围

系统功能包括店铺管理、商品管理、规则中心和上架中心。运营人员可以维护商品档案、SKU 规格、成本、素材、物流参数和规则档案，并在上架中心生成和确认商品草稿。

3. 授权店铺

ListingHelper 仅应在用户主动授权的 TikTok Shop 店铺范围内使用。未经授权，不得访问、处理或操作任何店铺及商品数据。

4. AI 生成与人工确认

AI 生成的商品主图、SKU 规格图、详情图、商品标题、详情描述和售价建议均为草稿内容。运营人员应在提交上架或再次编辑前检查商品内容、价格、规格、图片和平台合规性。

5. 运营责任

使用 ListingHelper 的运营人员应确保录入的商品事实、素材、成本、规则和最终提交的商品信息真实、准确、合法，并符合 TikTok Shop 平台规则、知识产权要求和适用法律法规。

6. 禁止用途

• 不得用于未授权店铺的数据处理或商品操作。
• 不得出售、出租、转让 API 能力或 TikTok Shop 数据。
• 不得用于侵权、盗图、虚假宣传、禁售商品或规避平台规则。
• 不得采集买家画像、广告数据或与商品管理无关的数据。
• 不得以误导性方式暗示 ListingHelper 是 TikTok 官方产品或官方合作产品。

7. 数据和接口使用

系统仅在商品管理和上架流程所需范围内使用授权接口和相关数据，包括读取授权店铺信息、读取商品信息、维护 SKU、库存、价格、提交上架或再次编辑结果等。

3. Authorized Stores

ListingHelper should be used only within TikTok Shop stores actively authorized by the user. Without authorization, no store or product data should be accessed, processed, or operated.

4. AI Generation and Human Approval

AI-generated main images, SKU images, detail images, product titles, descriptions, and pricing suggestions are drafts. Operators should review product content, price, SKU, images, and platform compliance before submitting listing or editing actions.

5. Operator Responsibility

Operators using ListingHelper are responsible for ensuring that product facts, assets, costs, rules, and final submitted product information are true, accurate, lawful, and compliant with TikTok Shop platform rules, intellectual property requirements, and applicable laws.

• Do not process data or operate products for unauthorized stores.
• Do not sell, rent, or transfer API capabilities or TikTok Shop data.
• Do not use the system for infringement, image theft, false claims, prohibited products, or platform rule circumvention.
• Do not collect buyer profiles, advertising data, or data unrelated to product management.
• Do not mislead users into believing ListingHelper is an official TikTok product or official partner product.

The system uses authorized APIs and related data only as required for product management and listing workflows, including reading authorized store information, reading product information, maintaining SKU, inventory, and prices, and submitting listing or editing results.
